The MARCON SABRE 27 received an extensive refit inside and outside in winter with rig check (all wire shrouds and stays 1 mm thicker than target) from the specialist and replacement of the rod stag of the Reckmann furling system, double radar reflector, forestay winch, bowboard and rubbing strip in Khaya mahogany, additional winches on the mast. Traditional brass boat hook and extended strap for wrigging. Hull painted in 2021 incl. water pass, antifouling new 11.22 and 23. Sailed miles 20-22: approx. 1200 nm.
Engine (Italian 2 cylinder marine diesel Ruggerini 20 hp) overhauled in 2019. Left-handed fixed pitch propeller.
Carpets and upholstery completely new, inside a lot of wood and brass, fresh water tank and pumping system new, toilet overhauled and picobello!
