The 461 polarizes. Some see its beauty, others fascinate its speed. What is more important? Hanse gave no answer to this question in principle. Her statement: "We can't think of any. If we refer to the elegant forms of the superstructure, we would have to speak in the same breath of the fast hull lines. If we explain the regatta-addicted keel and rudder constructions, then we would have to sit in the comfortable cockpit at the same moment."

2 Attach the anchor to a swivel arm. This is uncomplicated and saves a lot of energy.
3 We procure the fittings where the most experienced regatta sailors shop. That makes you fast.
4 We love decks without hooks, eyelets and tripping hazards. That's why we sink the cleats. That's safer.
5 Sailing fast and yet living comfortably is not a contradiction. This is proven by the lightweight cockpit table.
6 A bathing platform must be comfortable at anchor. And preferably made of teak. We deliver them.
7 We are not inflated. But we give the 461 more speed and space than comparable yachts know.
The fuselage, built with SP Systems in epoxy and vacuum process, was repainted in 2015 in flag blue with red stripes, clear coat and fender protective film.
The deck is Venylester.
The underwater vessel was completely renovated in 2020.
It is a 3 Saling- Selden rig, new in 2015, partly Dyform Shrouds.
