The Bavaria 300 is a good-natured touring boat
Already in the eighties and nineties, an approximately 30-foot-long type was Bavaria's entry-level model. Nevertheless, no compromises were made during construction. Bavaria had the construction plans checked by Germanischer Lloyd in order to obtain the coveted classification 100-A4. This required, among other things, a very rigid keel construction. The shipyard had therefore opted for carbon fibre reinforcement in the keel area and also for Kevlar reinforcement in the entire bow section.
Below deck, the designer Axel Mohnhaupt also did not dare to experiment, but chose a proven outline. In addition, the interior design is massive by today's standards and still respectable even after more than twenty years. With a separate toilet room and a separate aft room, the living comfort is still contemporary despite its moderate width.
